"We were under time pressure to put together a visual demonstration for our expert's deposition that would allow him to clearly explain a rather complicated operative procedure. In a very limited time frame, the animator put together a wonderful before/after animation that allowed our expert to clearly explain what he did and, further, what physical problems the plaintiff can expect in the future. The animation seriously cut down on the amount of our opponent's cross-examination of the expert and will make a dramatic presentation at trial."
