of medical specialties and sub-specialties.

Mr. Aisenberg is a former plaintiff’s attorney with 15
years’ litigation experience, concentrating in medical
malpractice and appellate advocacy. He joins Healthcare Litigation
Support following a 14-year career as an administrator and advocate
in the nonprofit sector.
He has extensive experience in working with expert witnesses
and other aspects of trial preparation, and has briefed and argued
numerous cases in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the U.S.
First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Aisenberg is the Director of Business Development of Healthcare
